Hey guys! Sorry its been a while but I’m back. Today’s blog post is going to be about casual work wear. I draft at a civil engineering company so for those of you who don’t know what that is, I draw plans for the engineers consisting of road construction, building plans, land surveying, plat, topographic surveys, etc. I work in an office where we have a lot of clients, but I don’t really see them. My meetings are almost always with the same people in my office or conference calls, so my dress code is kind of relaxed.
So now that you know a little about my work, you may understand how I can get away with jeans and a kimono. I bought this one last year on the 6 p.m. site. It really makes it feel like spring. Bohemian styles are a really big trend this spring and I guess you can say you should expect to see a lot of it here. I paired it with a flare jeans because they too are trending right now and just look really relaxed which is what I was going for. I wish they were a little more high wasted, but these get the job done. They are also super comfy and soft. Now for the white tee. I know it is just a white tee shirt, but for me it is important to have the right shape to your white tee because it’s such a staple for me. This one is a little pricey, but worth every penny for me because it seriously fits like a dream. Anyway, if you get to dress kind of casual at work or just want to run errands, I hope this outfit inspires you or just makes you smile either way.
